SGCMmadman 6th Gear July 27, 2012 Author Share July 27, 2012 wow total 3 families went tru hell. the 2 murdered guys were someones husband, son, brother. wonder if aussie police n forensics botched the investigation and crime scene? better send in horatio caine and grisom to investigate. heard that tiwary was like a kuku after his SAF ranger course (duno how true) and through out the case claimed his innocence. guess the sad thing is the 2 families cant have closure till the truth is out, RIP to the 2 singaporeans n God bless the 2 families. tiwari has his lucky stars to thank and do hope he wakes up his idea n repay his parents n family for the support dey gave him. you tink SAF will take him back as an officer now that the sydney court cleared him? Vid Hypersonic July 28, 2012 Share July 28, 2012 The likely reason should be he was sentenced based on many circumstantial evidents that concluded he was the murderer. There was no concrete evident that showed he really murdered his roommates.

Kelloggs 1st Gear July 29, 2012 Share July 29, 2012 SAF ought to back pay him as he was wrongly convicted during his term as a soldier. 9 years probably work out to about $1m of pure cash. On top of that, they ought to continue paying for the remainder of his education and of course, he has to serve out his bond in whatever role they assign to him quote name='Othello' date='Jul 27 2012, 04:22 PM' post='4537375'] wow ! managed to get conviction overturned twice huh ?? huess the PP must be licking his wounds now http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/sin...1025356/1/.html http://www.todayonline.com/Singapore/EDC12...f-double-murder Murder was 9 years ago and he was behind bars since, will the SAF re-instate him and give him backpay then ??
