I think majority of the public are still having the misconception that KH stole the church's money when all the leaders did was just misappropriate. The judges had found no dishonesty on the part of the leaders which is a good thing. We are nobody to judge KH for his mistakes and now that he is serving his sentence, the public should just let the matter rest. God can make use of the worst sinners for his Kingdom so what more about KH. Non-Christians may not be aware, but Paul, the man who wrote a number of books in the bible, was once a persecutor and murderer of Christians.

As the music video has strong sexual tone, and the lyrics sings of murdering her own husband, hardly strikes as doing God's work. The view is church fund was used in a funding a failed music career of his wife, masking as doing God's work thru secular music. Only sheeps will believe that is God's work. It's like saying trying the help drug addicts, by being a drug dealer, or open casino to help gambling addicts.

 

Later they need to misappropriate another $26 mil from church fund to cover that up $24 mil they lost initially.

They are guilty in the sight of the law. Period.

 

That is no short jail sentences for the 5 of them. It is not just a slap on the hand. It's a "punch" for crimes committed.

 

Whatever their followers chose to believe and still continue to do so is their rights and business.

 

What the Bible taught is always not the final version practised unfortunately and God is seldom consulted when times and the goings are good. That's why there are differences but God is not an idiot, He knows exactly who are His true believers regardless of church position, years of service and amount of monies tithed or in love offerings or whatever man made acts of self righteousness.

 

Personally I am happy they are in the chalet. The last one still outside is just prolonging what will come. He deserve the punishment too.

The choice of people to collaborate for the music album was no doubt a disaster. There are many pop singers who also do Christian albums like Celine Dion, Amy Grant, Josh Groban and I think KH's wife should be working with these people, rather than some black rapper. As for what is God's work, it is for God to decide. God can always use the foolish things of this world to shame the "wise" so I seriously won't want to comment on what is or isn't God's work coz I am not God.

Agree... her choice of song and lyric when she was in Taiwan was still okay. But ever since they decided to sign up with C3 church things become weird.

but what most people really want to know is

 

how does their church send their love offerings to God.

 

Does the pastor throw the money up in the air and God takes

 

what he needs and any amount he doesn't want falls on the

i find this crazy and making singapore a joke. are we telling the world we are a country that dont use common sense? the sensitivity of the case is already beyond description and now this extra light sentence. it will open up many opportunities for those waiting to try their luck. then if they suffer a different sentence, i am sure it is another screw up.
