I dunno lah. I think anyone who is non-religious after hearing her song they will pui chao nua. I know I would. I would also burn the CD. I think the good brothers will reject it as well upon receiving the disc.

its no wonder so much of his efforts now r in emerging mkts such as indo etc. that place doesnt have solid financial controls so he can pull off all kinds of stunts there also considered legal. his antics have no place in SG. he can continue his material pursuits elswhere

A pastor is foremost a Christian, a very enlightened one who should know the Bible inside and out.

A true Christian does not believe in building treasures on earth but in heaven.

 

Church goers contribute to the church expecting the monies to be used for spreading the gospel, maintenance of the building, paying off bills and salaries.

 

I think everyone expects the leaders there to follow the bible very closely.

 

If a certain person is getting rich off the church funds personally, then something is terribly wrong.

 

A pastor can have the right to stay at sentosa cove, if it's all his own money, from either running a business elsewhere or receiving a family inheritance, but certainly not coming from the church funds,

 

When a pastor is building his own personal mansions on earth, that's the time for the faithfuls to leave for elsewhere.

This is the essence of a true and correct pastor. But when a pastor preaches and sorts only the 'good and beautiful' part of the Bible to make his faithful congregation happy and follow him above others (prosperity gospel), he has violated and abused the very oath he took when he graduated from the theology institution to serve the people and most of all, the God he is supposed to serve.

 

This case is not the first and it will not be the last, be it here or any part of the world.... Many mega churches which preach prosperity gospel, their leaders are making rich themselves from the church fund... Why this type of gospel exists, the human nature wants all the good only happen to their life, career, etc. So when some religious body uses religion to satisfy them, this where they gathers the like-minded faithful followers....

Absolutely ! Bravo ! Just look at the other guy called JP from Suntec, oh no now he has move to Buona Vista. He is Indian but he transform himself to not look like Indian ala Michael Jackson. He was paid S$ 1/2 million by the church and can buy a brand new BMW 7 series leh.

How do these 2 jokers get to where they are ... via PROSPERITY GOSPEL.

I am advising every young job entrant I meet to switch to pastoring if they want to make it big. Forget about banking or IT.

Spending 500k on buying back her CD is peanuts to the church....(mmm peanuts....I think a Mrs Goh said something about peanuts before...then her hubby ask her shut up and stop commenting)....

 

Roland Poon question CHC funds usage, forced to make public apologies and now really found out they have been abusing the donations by rich sheeps...(mmm reminds me of a Mr Archie Ong who also accused audi TT for flying first class on donated funds and was made to make public apology too).....

 

A lot of similarities to NKF scandal lor....but hor, NKF scandal no chio bo to lau chui nuay....CHC scandal more colourful...got Serina Wee, got a horsy Sunny, got a devilish looking charismatic Pestor...LOL
