Shoot out onto a two way lane, stopping half way perpenticular to one lane direction while trying to avoid a on coming car may be very bad driving as well. Because there was no traffic on the two way lane so it seems very safe and not dangerous driving. Likewise, the truck turned left, beforethe perpendicular vehicles started to move, so it seems very safe and not dangerous driving too.
