Of all places Cambodia!!  that place bo zheng hu 1.  Drug cartel HQ, underworld stuff, human smuggling...corruption is a given.....  They are communist also ?

 

Looks like a very bad combo.  Later we get a M.Bison dominating asia.

With global natural resources like fossil fuel dwindling it's just a matter of when. I think the rest of S.E. Asia will follow soon.

 

Dun forget our electricity is generated by burning fossil fuel too. We will have to use one of our islands to build one nuclear power plant. With white paper population coming more ppl means more energy consumption.

 

Actually we can share the nuclear plants with either M'sia or Indo'sia but given their gutter politics and some of their foul threatening words I think it's better to have our own for security reasons.

No way we are going to share our critical infra with MY or IN with former trying to control water resouce while the later having record of suddenly stopping gas supply to our power stations.

 

Current nuke plant tech is not suitable for Singapore and its takes time to develop a skilled team to work on such plants... Having said that, we already have an on-going $60m research and training program in NUS to grow a local team of nuclear experts and trained speciallist in industrial nuclear technology since 2012.
