Cyclist Problem

Do you have any specific examples of this? I thought that cyclists were considered to be vehicles that had to follow the same traffic rules that cars do?

 

Cyclists are considered to be vehicles and have to follow traffic laws. But in an accident, TP will consider them pedestrians. I experienced that personally as I was knocked down while cycling before and the TP passing by said that making a police report is necessary as its considered as a driver knocking down a pedestrian. When they investigate, it is also investigated as the driver knocking down a pedestrian.

If there is tree branch, definitely is to avoid and go back to the left edge after it is clear.

 

 

I'm not sure how much intelligence you are trying to portray here but I'm sure drivers like myself or even cyclist knows that we have to take evasive action if there is obstacle on the road.
