I just installed DR550 with power magic, very concerned about battery drainage, can anyone advise the power magic pro I should turn to "1" or "0" during driving and parking? Thanks.

Up to u. If need 24/7, then need to connect to battery terminal or fuse box. Otherwise just plug into cig plug for normal drive recorder.

Please refer to the manual, page 17.

Manual : http://files.sotmarket.ru/instr/aksy_dlya_avto/videoregistratory/blackvue/manual-blackvue-dr550gw-2ch.pdf

I do not own the DR550. I refer to the attached manual to answer ur query. I find the manual is pretty clear.

Refer to this manual for ur Power Magic Pro. Look at Multi-booting.

U want 24/7 recording = 1

U want drive recorder only = 0

Hey folks,

recently, I found out that there is only one video clip in the SD card (used to be multiple clips). the same clip will be overwritten to instead of creating multiple video files.

I'm sure i did not change any settings and each video length is of 2 mins. The SD size is 4GB which i pretty sure more than sufficient.

any good advices?
