When i insert the SD card in blackvue cam today, there is an error message, pls check the SD card. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and what i can do to ratify this? Thanks thanks!!! After formatting, you still need to copy over the various folders (I presume you have saved the folders but you can delete away the old saved videos). If you do not have the folders, you can re-instate them by using the Blackvue firmware update software. It will then create the folders for you. ↡ Advertisement
Mysportwish 1st Gear July 25, 2012 Share July 25, 2012 usually after format, i insert it into the BV and it will auto-download to the SD card automatically.

Thanks for the feedback Crystal n Fuelsaver. DR400: It is not resolved for DR400 yet. Please avoid this. DR380 I am not sure if I would say this has no overheating problems. From what i have seen in the forum, nobody has so far tested this with long term parking under the hot sun. Jeff13 Neutral Newbie July 25, 2012 Share July 25, 2012 (edited) I use to leave it running without switching off, than after 3 weeks the lens gets foggy send it back and get a RMA set (recently)....now I install a switch and switches off parking mode at home carpark (MSCP) and work place (park inside warehouse). I uses parking mode only on some places like shopping mall etc.....so far so good...touch wood...lol... But some how it makes me think this in-car camera is under utilize for what this BlackVue DR400 has design to be use... I also tried searching for other brand which I found most of the video quality are incomparable to DR400....If there is no issue with heating, this BV would be perfect....still waiting to find a perfect one :) Edited July 25, 2012 by Jeff13
Summithike Neutral Newbie July 27, 2012 Share July 27, 2012 Hi all, Plan on getting 2 of the Blackvues, when they finally sort all this out. Anyway, just got an email from a Blackvue exec from the UK. I requested info on the Mark 11 . He states that all the 400G's are essentially 400G-HD 11's, because they have replaced the old PCB with a new one addressing the heat problem...We shall see? Some times sync with date/time if not it will continues recording with the "old time/date"! Any ideas how to reset date/time?
