Dna_engine 3rd Gear September 17, 2012 Share September 17, 2012 Any guys tried this OBD tuning before? http://www.obd-tuning.com.sg/ Gave them a call and they told there will be like 10% HP gain... Just posted something similar on the ECU tuning thread, this looks like an ECU remap through the OBD port. Did a remap on my 159 with Monster Tune, did not do a Dyno to meaure the bhp or torque gain but the power delivery is now superb. Pick up is now much faster at low rpm, use to only feel the surge above 3000 rpm.
Gorjiam 1st Gear September 17, 2012 Share September 17, 2012 Maybe because I was a computer engineer by training... Maybe because I have participated in some of the more complex systems ever built.. But I can tell you... this car... is 200% ran by computers.. Might be darn nice to look at... but is it nice to live with.. erm.. I shall refrain being sued by them.. LOL... But then again... you drive an Alfa.. And that tile thing?? b-------t. Shows that the maintenance guy is impotent. Any self respecting maintenance guy will keep like 20-50 tiles of the same batch SPARE. Means that they are so crap, they don't even keep spares for their building... Oh.. I am waiting to be sued.. LOL.

Saabretooth 2nd Gear September 17, 2012 Share September 17, 2012 You're welcome Very nice and well sorted out ride you got there. actually, other than your gear shift bushings or whatever it is supposed to be, I don't see anything you should do to it until or unless it wears out... oh yeah, the intake piping too... and that loose red wire......... hmmm.... there's this saying, if we wana look for a fault, we'll find it... and vice versa
Saabretooth 2nd Gear September 17, 2012 Share September 17, 2012 Any 147/156/GT on ET 98 want this "Prodrive GC-05 rims in British Black: 17x7.5, 5x100, +38mm, with Goodyear Eagle F1 Asym 2 tyres in 225/45/17. Plenty of thread left. Incld all 4 Prodrive center caps. Forged, lightweight and strong. No warp but hv kerb rash - not for fussy buyer. one of the tyres had a puncture but was repaired (patched) internally. No leak. i prefer to sell both rims + tyres together. I will update if the situation changes. asking $1.7k cash n carry. whatsapp 96977038" with wobble bolts, it might just fit. not sure of centre bore though... You been out on the tiles or what? lol If you are referring to building stds in SG yes you are right re crap contractors - people here pay megabucks for glitzy condos that are total crap quality. Scratch under the branded Italian tiles past the German branded taps and the plumbing et al is not very good at all. And structurally - lat condo we stayed in (we have an interterrace c 1970s solid as a rock) we could hear ppl upstaris using the toilet - lovely............ Dont get me started on our renovations - idiots could not even read technical drawings - even when I did x sections full size and perspectives fully rendered of what was needed to solve design issues - sheesh
Gorjiam 1st Gear September 17, 2012 Share September 17, 2012 There's the part in the vid where Ron points out regarding the tiles in the building. Regarding renovation quality in ASIA in general.. sigh.. don't let me get started too.. LOL. "Dont get me started on our renovations - idiots could not even read technical drawings - even when I did x sections full size and perspectives fully rendered of what was needed to solve design issues - sheesh" - Another 3 chapter story. Unfortunately true. What to do? The "best and the brightest" went to the Civil Service and the Banks. The ones left in the gutters are doing the rest. Oh thanks - was wondering there for a bit.............pity is we still pay a lot to get a plumber to the house and some imported idiot does al the work whilst the supervisor pockets the cash. At lease in Oz there is no stigma being a tradie and they earn good money and have a good std of living - here it just sucks - same with car servicing yuo can see alL the lowly paid (ft) guys in the wORkshop yet the hourly labour rate is HIGheR THAN IN oZ - GO FIGURE. Saabretooth 2nd Gear September 17, 2012 Share September 17, 2012 http://autolusso.co.uk/workshop/clutch-replacement.html 550 GBP for the clutch? Heard its much cheaper in Singapore, but possibly a longer wait though....
