TameDriver Twincharged July 16, 2012 Share July 16, 2012 Been having it for 1 week plus. Tried every known home remedies but none works. Gotten worst today. My new nick name in office is Robocop.. Anyone got good solutions? Safer to see an Orthopedic Dr first b4 embarking on other forms of pain-relieving remedies. Besides physical examination, may order some investigations to determine cause of pain and stiffness (Robocop). Also to exclude AK (Ankylosing Spondylitis). ↡ Advertisement

Kelloggs 1st Gear July 17, 2012 Share July 17, 2012 Pillow may be one of the cause of this. i used to have frequent stiff necks and headaches (which continued even after trying the expensive tempur pillows). A year ago, i switched to trying buckwheat pillows and have not had these such necks/headaches since. Of course, you know to determine the right level of buckwheat to fill in your pillow to arrive at the most comfortable level If interested, you can buy it from www.manzaistore.com. Stiff neck or shoulder confirmed due to the pillow plus incorrect posture during sleep.

Kangadrool Supersonic September 7, 2016 Share September 7, 2016 donate all your hi-aches devices to MCFers and all your problems solved. BTW, any good massage will help, but takes time to heal. More important is to ditch the habits (bad ones). i got stiff neck > shoulder ache > tricep pain no prize to guess it's due to heavy usage on notebook, ipad and iphone any recommendation for good TCM clinic, senseh or tuina?
13177 Hypersonic September 7, 2016 Share September 7, 2016 Most of the time is due to bad posture which contribute to stiff neck > shoulder ache > tricep pain!

Look upon your pillow & mattress Are you sleeping the right way, right time and enough of it. Give yourself a good workout in the park will help you up
Jamesc Hypersonic September 7, 2016 Share September 7, 2016 The best exercise for a stiff neck is just bend your head to the left 3 times and then bend your head to the right 3 times.
