Sydney top Seaworld is a 10 hour, 850 km drive.

 

So I'm gonna say NO

Why not fly to Sydney, stay for few days and visit wherever you want to go, take a coach to gold coast and stay there for few more days, then take a return flight from Brisbane.

 

If you only have 4 nites, just stay in Sydney. You need another 4 nites for gold coast at least.
