If to replace every year instead of every 2 years, assuming the tyres are of 18" and of reasonably good quality such as F1A6 or CPC7 or P7C2 or PR4+ thus costing about $1k to replace, it is only additional $5k lah. I would think road tax and perhaps insurance are more jialat then the tyres. If like that also cannot fork out then better dont drive. Exactly. Singapore is so small compared to other countries, how far can one drive? This is not a concern at all. If really drive a lot, ERP charges is of a bigger concern. ↡ Advertisement

Remember what happen with solar panel last time. Its almost a repeat. With all the sanction and protection for their own solar panel development, it make thing worst. Now the west solar panels is no way near China. Chinese solar panels are so cheap people are using them for fences. In fact it is cheaper than tempered glass here. You must be driving on CTE and during the most peak timing. Only drive 200 days a year? Unless have WFH arrangement, if not, if go office from Mon-Fri, averagely also need around 230 days, minus off PH and AL.

F1, Indy and other proper run motorsports etc. take their responsibility tyres that run very short of life very seriously, I cannot imagine the same from Uncle down the road sending tyres to PH or ID for "recycling". Hamburger Hypersonic May 30 Share May 30 Went for car servicing at Leng Kee and pop by komoco to see Ionic 6. Only to realize no car was made available for viewing as the local plant has yet to produce it, according to the SE. Went opposite side to see Polestar 2 and 3(pre production). While the 2 is a handsome looking car and much prettier than model 3, all the vegan stuff used in the interior was a put off for me. 2

Genes 6th Gear May 31 Share May 31 Backside too droopy imo. Even the rear lights being a AAA taobao replica of a 911 set does not save it much. Much prefer the Ioniq 5, but that's just me.
