The door handles and aircon vents are ugly. If not this EV is ok.

The dash board has a melted look.

yeah... the functionality of the car package is good. Just that the look is a bit off for the interior.

In fact, its just an over glorfied Golf Buggy re designated for family duties.

It has torque steer like year 2009 cars that has high torque

Thought there is a newer version for this car? But the interior still no change. But still quite popular for people to buy.

I drove Tesla Model 3 through the S curve in front of former East Coast Water Park, shiok siah.

Lift pedal slightly and the car almost come to full stop. Step slightly and the car smoothly went through it.

I will off 1 pedal drive. Very unnatural.

To be honest, it is really a matter of getting used to regen braking. After a few years, i have gotten to a stage where I can drive from home to work, without touching the brake pedal. And that can even be peak hr traffic.

The trick is not to lift off the accelerator to slow down, like in an ICE car where you need to step on the brakes when you want to slow down. But rather, to keep your foot on the accelerator and modulate your inputs like you would if you are in a manual car and committed to a long sweeping corner. Can come to a complete stop very smoothly actually.

Plus point - I am pretty sure I won't need a change of brake pads and disc even over 10 years

Minus point - tyres wear is indeed significantly higher, and i suspect as well it is the regen braking, more so than the instant torque. Because as i learnt over time to modulate the accelerator to brake,  my tyre wear seems to have improved somewhat. At least current set of tyres has gone over 20k, and still got quite a bit of tread left.

Yup… same here.

So there is no escape from it, either change the brake pads or tyres.  In this case, base on wear rate, is it cheaper to change the pads regularly or change the tyres more often? [laugh][laugh][laugh]

What you are talking about are "slow cars"

Fast car, like 992 GT3 RS, is almost no diff from EV except engine roar.

Yah for me as well. It's one of the reasons why I ended up with HI5 instead despite the higher price.

Unfortunately, this is the bread and butter line Atto3. Seal has a more premium conti look and feel.

Website may not be the best place to look other then Youtube. And interior is quite generic across the range.  Specs wise is a bit different
