Why will Audi A5 sportback jerk when in low gear.

This is what my father always say.....Rich man problem.

Expensive things which gave users problem, not worth the high n prestige price paid for.

Can any want please advise, as my car is very new, so when picking up or accelerate from 1st to 2nd gear the car will jerk.

 

did you mod your ECU aka stage 1?

I think its normal? Sat in a few audis and VW before and most of them at slow speed quite jerky.

Something is wrong with the GB.

Its supposed to be buttery smooth in whether you let it auto shift or manually shift the gears.

You should have stuck to Lexus.

U should also go over to vagsg to do a search... dsg or s-tronic is and will never be as smooth as a automatic.....

Agreed. It could be because of the Chip up.

Same problem with my previous GTI. But not a big problem. Just be gentle with the pedal, u will grow accustomed.
