Bang for buck performance wise and a good base car for potential mods if u're into that sort of thing. otherwise stock is already very good. just look at the figures. Yes. No need for unneccessary extra electronics or gadgets. History of good track performances may not apply to everyday road usuage, unless user aims to jump all red lights, take every corners at breakneck speed. Since TS has the dough to consider those 2 cars, his choice would depends on what kind of driver he is, whether he is bothered by other's opinion and perception of the car he would pick. A6 already use in ASF lightweight construction technology and produces lower consumption, outstanding safety and excellent performance. So even AWD A6 still lighter than 2WD 5 Series. I will pick the 535d/535i xdrive touring with m sport line in dark silver. Looks almost prefect from the showroom. Only thing worth mentioning is it drives better than Bimmer and 3 stars... If you really want to compare... There are only 3 models to look at... 520 or XF or the LEXUS GS... The rest... Forget it..
