if so then wouldn't the driver brake and signal before attempting to turn?

this is where experience and skills comes in. Obviously none was shown on the clips.

I think the authority need to display proce tag on these shock arresting dampers.

Wonder why so many drivers like to hit them. some locations more frequent. like today repaired, will be hit again in 1-2 days time. [laugh]

I don't think it's so easy to lose control even on white paint unless someone chut stun like him, else all will be like him whenever we corner at zebra crossing during rainy days.

Actually it is, if u ride bike on wet weather u will realize it is bloody slippery. Worse are those metal drain covers....

But in a car unlikely cause typically only 1 tire at most 2 tires on the white strips.

But definitely slipped, then abs kicked in, he tot lost control and freaked out that's y went straight into the divider....

actually the white paint is relatively slippery, even though some grainy substance is usually mixed in to provide more friction.

I did slide outwards a little once when cornering over a zebra crossing on my way home. No rain but ground was still wet. I was probably going at the speed limit (70km/h?) LOL

i learnt my lesson
