Usage of disabled/handicapped parking space/lot

first and foremost, we must understand why create the 'disabled/handicapped parking space/lot'. For the blind? people who are temporary injured?

We will then know who can be considered as 'disabled/handicapped'. The label seems to be distributed quite easily.

Very unfortunately, we see many 'normal' people parking in these lots. Their reason could be they drive a disabled/handicapped' person. Even so, you should only park in the lot when that disabled/handicapped' person is with you and not when you are on your own. When you occupy the lot, someone who is handicapped are deprived from using it.

Heard that it’s not so easy or that easy to get a disabled car decal , need doctors letter and that using a device and I’m sure the doctors won’t just “alibaba “ and write a letter just like that or if one is suffering from cerebral palsy but I was told the disc is valid for 2 years for cars

Well i have seen one that is perfectly normal with the disk. I also have witnessed another who walks with a slight limp but otherwise very normal also with a disk. I really dont know. I am expecting handicap to be on wheelchair and that is why the lot is bigger.

Think there is a validity date on the label. Dont know how long is the validity last before require to renew the label.
