Unless LTA implements it as mandatory to state odometer reading during every handover, otherwise, a dealer would say I dont know, and seller could also say i dont know, it will be a no end argument.

This they will do quite well . It's a cash cow for them. Dun you think every policy they come up with is viewed with a profit n loss mindset?tell me 1 policy where they take into consideration the pockets of the people who voted for them
