Darthrevan Supercharged June 20, 2012 Share June 20, 2012 A company driver was sentenced to one week's jail for using criminal force on another man at a carpark, reported The Straits Times. Victor Seet Keng Huat, 51, admitted to arm-locking the 24-year-old man's neck and forcing it downwards at an open space carpark next to 313@Somerset on Aug 19 last year. The victim, Dr Cheow Xunqi, was in his car with Dr Eileen Sim Yilin, 24, at about 11.10pm that day. Dr Sim turned on her engine and was using her mobile phone global positioning system to plot her route when Seet suddenly parked his car in front of them. He left the car, making it impossible for them to leave the carpark lot. The two doctors then alighted and attempted to look for him. When he came back shortly after, they asked why he had parked his car in front of theirs. Seet said he had done so because Sim had taken a long time to leave the carpark lot, before walking away. When Dr Cheow asked him the same question again, Seet suddenly used his left arm to hold the victim in an arm-lock and forced his head downwards. He also dragged Dr Cheow a few steps forward before the victim managed to break away. Renegade777 5th Gear June 20, 2012 Share June 20, 2012 But some people also too much. I have come across many drivers taking their own sweet time when they see others waiting for them to leave their parking lot. Worst is some only leave their parking lot after you move away. Very inconsiderate. I always move off first if sees someone waiting for my parking lot.
