SimonTan 2nd Gear June 16, 2012 Share June 16, 2012 Licence plate seems not in a visible and correct position. True the Owner is able to pay the $150-200 fine. But still reflect poorly on this owner. If the car cannot go into a proper car park....then the owner should have driver his other rolls Royce or SUV that can clear carparks. Very silly driver. Not using the right car for the occassion. Solar Turbocharged June 16, 2012 Share June 16, 2012 sometimes the issue is not money, but the time to get the management and then the people to unclamp it. real punishment comes when the management is not contactable, or some admin staff gone mia and they cannot unclamp the car, until hours and hours later
