Dafansu Turbocharged June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 So is also my fault cos I shld have notice his signal and give way to him isit? If i'm you i would have given way to him as he signalled quite early. this junction is a bit confusing due to many lanes and arrows.

Flyguy63 Neutral Newbie June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 No,you are not at fault, but to be fair,he did signal his intent albeit a bit late.Exercise driving grace and give way........but that's your choice. In any other country,he would have been given the access. Dafansu Turbocharged June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 (edited) anyway just for your information, for vehicles on the second lane at this junction normally they will turn right instead of going straight, maybe you would like to keep left in future to avoid being caught in this situation. 1fast1 Supersonic June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 It would've been better if you'd given way to the van. I still can't figure out why the sotong Toyota in front of you was braking all the way from the start to 10 seconds (when he almost comes to a dead stop at the *green* light). He was likely at least partially responsible for the van being unable to make a clean move into your lane.
Skyiet27 Clutched June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 Not ur fault He in go straight lane But he did signal But I think I rem can't cut lane at turns So if accident he majority wrong But if no accident Jus let it pass ba But u r good U brake in time than accelerate n squeeze in Sg needs driver like u n u nv kpkb But behind u The fellow will kpkb cos u jam brake Hahaha Life is nv perfect

JustArrived 1st Gear June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 Look at the video. Am I wrong? You are on the lane that can turn left or go straight, the van is on the wrong lane.
Stiener 1st Gear June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 The other driver cfm in the wrong lah even if he did signal. If die die want to come in, should have wind down the window and put his hand out requesting to give way. Basic curtesy.
Kilomatrix 1st Gear June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 (edited) I guess you failed to realize that the road markings (playtime 0:04 and 0:08) clearly show that TS was in a lane that allows him to turn right or go straight. When the law is at play, "normally" cannot be applied. Edited June 14, 2012 by Kilomatrix

When the law is at play, "normally" cannot be applied. I know, I will drive pass this junction many times per day, that's why I mentioned most people on this lane will turn right instead of going straight. Dafansu Turbocharged June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 likewise the road at the other side is also facing the same issue, vehicle on middle lane turning left when vehicle on the lane beside the bollards going straight toward marina boulevard. JackRabbit 3rd Gear June 14, 2012 Share June 14, 2012 That van is king, look at the number plate again... ha ha... you are right.... , thanks for pointing out! Rule No 1. CD plate is never wrong. Rule No 2. If CD plate is wrong, refer to Rule No 1. Case study: Romania TS, you are really bad luck - wrong place, wrong time ... cos even you are not wrong, if accident - the van will still get off Scot free.
