Asking this as my wife has a former student (14 yrs old) who has gotten his gf pregnant (gf same age). They have announced that they will be getting married soon. Sex with a person below 16 is called “Statutory Penetration of a Minor Under 16″, S376A, Penal Code. Yes, the penetration of a penis into the vagina, mouth or anus of a minor under 16 years old regardless of whether she consents to the act is an offence, liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years and / or fine. Trex101 3rd Gear June 6, 2012 Share June 6, 2012 Now that s--t had already hit the fan, jail the small boy also no use. might as well let them married, the parents can help raise the baby while the young boy and girl can finish their education. it's better than abortion which is killing the innocent baby. It is not illegal if both minors decide to get married but must get consent of parents from both sides. Legal age to get married is 21, if 18 still have to get consent from parents. If grown man above 21 have sex with minor of course not legal lah. TS so kan cheong for what? Your daughter? Can't wait to see the boy go jail? If he's still a minor jail also dun take him in. If the girl and the boy both around the same age usually just probation for the boy only. But as long as below 21 still need consent from parents. Need to go to get a commissioner of Oaths to sign the letter. Anyway don't think the boy will go to a home or get jailed la. Its mentioned in the news before that if the age gap is small they'll consider just probation. If the age gap is big then they'll jail the guy cuz its something like an older person tricking a younger girl to have sex with him. IMO go to boys home won't learn much. Get more bad company only. In my camp had a few NSF that keep hanging out with those people they met in boys home. So 14 can get married? 10? 8? As long as parent consents? You've stated the obvious that at his age, he will not be jailed.
