Probably you are right to say that they comes from villages and not used to many things in a city environment. But i really still dont understand as a adult, no matter where you comes from. Personal safety awareness and when you are doing something which will jeopardize your safety, like leaping out your body to clean the window, surely you should know that you will fall out and died right?! Esp i believe these maids should have given a proper training by the agent what are the do and dos when performing their chores?!

because they do that in their own place. its might be a instince for their body out of the window to clean the outside and over there, they fall wont be 10 story high.

 

also, they are probably used to tree climbing, they fell from tree on soil ground not that painful. Also they hardly or never known ppl fall from high places will died hence there is a lack of awareness on these area.

 

Remember, Common sense is only common amount the immediate social cycle. their common sense might be what grass can eat, what grass are posion (A bit exagrrating but you should get the point).

Lol, correct. For their common sense they might think which grass is poison and which is not is very common, but for me i dont know such common sense. To them they might find me stupid not to know such information.

They should have height limit for Indon maids coming to SG. Look at those maids, height about >1.5m, how to bring the gala out of the window without stretching herself out....

 

Make sure that they are at least 1.6 meters tall..
