Could these Volvos be Traffic Police's latest weapon against speed demons?

It seems that the Traffic Police have added a new model into their stable of vehicles according to STOMPer Kok Cheong, who spotted a few highway patrol cars outside a Volvo showroom in Alexandra Road.

The STOMPer wrote:

"I was passing by the Volvo showroom at Alexandra Road and saw at least five to six Highway Patrol cars parked at the front.

"Guys, watch out for them when you are on the road."

Talking of unmarked cars.

Really be fearful of them....do not make the mistake of speeding up when a unmarked car is closing up behind.

haha police unmarked cars are just white cars with the QX plate.

I have seen a white volvo with a normal plate driven by the SOC for some stunt nonsense at HTA but that's about it.

U should try driving the V70 R design!

Looks like a coffin car but it's fast and quiet like a silent killer..

Don't play a fool with continental cars. They have the horses to over run almost any car in SG road. In fact, they dont need to over run. All they need is to just follow you and take video. In SG, where can you hide? From East to west, takes only 45 mins on expressway. You can't run and hide. You will have to stop somewhere eventually..... U can driver a Ferrari or whatever, you still have to stop eventually

If those pics are not photoshopped (I cant access onemotoring site at the moment), why the hell do they need S80s for highway patrol?!

Comissioner sitting behind?

S40 or S60 T5, T6, R not powerful/LARGE enough?
