Showtime Neutral Newbie September 11, 2014 Share September 11, 2014 I've used csc5p 245/35R19 and PSS 255/35R19 and prefer the PSS. Stiffer sidewalls, Feels more responsive even on the thicker profile. Just the rubber compound feels stickier than the CSC5p and claimed thread wear better. I dare say that rolling resistance is higher, but perhaps its due to the thicker section. ↡ Advertisement

Zippaboy 4th Gear September 11, 2014 Share September 11, 2014 PSS or S001 are really good if your budget allows. PSS allows me to corner at crazy speed down Cameron old route with so much confidence on a raining day....
Yuan 6th Gear September 11, 2014 Share September 11, 2014 I had consecutively used PSS and CSC 5 on my current ride and realized that PSS performed so much better anyhow. I am now on PS3 and would go back to PSS probably the next round.

Yuan 6th Gear September 11, 2014 Share September 11, 2014 feedback on csc5 vs ps3? I still prefer PS 3. This is my second set. My wheels are 225/45/R17 and I pump 260 on all 4 wheels. Road feedback and traction are much better in my opinion. Cornering seems better for these rubbers as CSC5 rubbers seem more soft.

Fastfive1 5th Gear October 8, 2014 Share October 8, 2014 Some Michelin from P.I.,like my PSS from Leong Seng. Agreed, esp PSS,very good. I noticed that with PSS you don't lose grip so easily. I feel a lot more confident when cornering with PSS.
Jtyres 2nd Gear October 8, 2014 Share October 8, 2014 Yeap PSS is much better also more costly. 225/45 R17 PS3 cost $170/pc. PSS cost $280/pc!
Yuan 6th Gear October 10, 2014 Share October 10, 2014 $175 is a damm good price! I remembered I paid about 250 or 300 a few years ago fro similar size! At that time, there was a promotion of around S$185 or S$190 (can't remembered clearly) and I told them that I need to change tires on the spot after my tyres went botak and were tearing in pieces from PG on the same day. So it is around that range. ↡ Advertisement
