Based on the above numbers

 

It is more a case of WP losing - 1400 votes based on a smaller voter base,

 

as opposed to PAP gaining votes + 160.

 

 

By election results is truly a non event

 

except that the typical soft spoken Teo Chee Hean

 

demonstrated he can be a truly effective "attack dog" during the rallies.
