From the video, can't really tell it is not as fast as ferreri.

 

Taxi driver is lucky. Should he drive off abit slower, the impact may have hit the same spot of where the previous ferrari accident and dead on the spot..

It's a good thing that for both accident, both have clear evidence because of video camera onboard car drivers who submitted the video.

 

Hope more drivers to invest in video camera and who knows it may come useful one day if really s--t things happen.
