I have the same answer as yours, The calibration of green man vs the red light was wrongly tuned during day and night, ( I think ), resulting in this horrific accident, can LTA get some to check on the functionality ?

If its proven that the green light at the pedestrian crossing before the junction confused / misled the drivers between 2-5am, causing the accidents involving dealths, can lta be sued for at least partial liability?

We drivers can only blame and complaint LTA's bad design, basically we do not have the power to sue LTA, Ah Gong say like this means like this, we follow, don't play play.

I also hate the design of expressways where they design the entrance and exit within 100m, where usually the exit is AFTER the expressways entrance. This creates a CROSS where expressway oncoming vehicles have to slow down and for those who want to entr the expressway mut pay very good attention to some fast oncomng verhicles from the expressway, such design usual creates massive congestion during peak hours.

Common site happenig :

MON -FRI 5:30Pm onwards - Sungei Tengah - CCK exit towards BKE directly

Everyday peak hour Lentor exit - SLE - TPE - A Big mess
