I think there are these officers with video cams everywhere possible.

 

Especially places with heavy traffic and vehicles breaking traffic rules. E.g. Stopping inside yellow box, turning from lanes which do not allow for turns, illegal U turn, etc.

Saw them this morning at the same spot as what TS mentioned when it was raining at 8.10am. I was opposite the junction (was on my way to TPE-ECP to city). It was raining and 2 of them standing there with green umbrella (1 wearing bright yellow rain jacket). Just have to be extra careful.

I think there will be drivers who genuinely only realised that they have not joined in the queue after they passed.. especially those that dun frequent that road. So prolly can give abit of chance for them. :)

Lol, where got so many genuinely drivers out there?! Almost all drivers are purposely jump queue.

finally they act on this. few of the worse location, KJE to BKE, BKE to SLE, the junction after KPE exit to sengkang/punggol. wrote in to MP before but no use. And for sure I am one that willnt give way to queue-jumper

For those who stayed Punggol and Seng Kang and use KPE, will know how bad is that junction now. So often I kana middle finger, last finger, 5 finger but those queue-jumper for not letting them cut in. Those was once a legacy die die cut in at a >45%. To avoid accident (no matter wat, I at the back, and wthout a cam corder, I will lose out), I LL let him in. after the right turn towards punggol, he jam hard brake few time in front of me.

before the TP catch, they should draw double white line first. 12 pts than can wake these driver up.
