And it is my hope that doctors too, will come up to offer free medical consultation, if PAP candidate Desmond Choo wins this by-election.

Give the HG residents an array of professional support, for free ... something that many may have suffered from neglect for the past 20 years!

 

Go all the way, I'd say - from psychiatry, physiology, psychology, podiatry, nutritionist, endocrinology, optamology, orthopedics, vascular, and other specialist medical assistance.

Offer these services for free to the old and aged in HG, for the win!

 

Desmond should even promise to build a welfare-based public clinic in HG, for HG residents only, from the voluntary services provided by Singapore's upper class!

 

It will then truly be a case of the elite, reaching out directly to the sandwiched class, to help those in dire need.

Article 45 Disqualifications for Membership of Parliament

(1) Subject to this article, a person shall not be qualified to be a Member of Parliament who

(a) is and has been found or declared to be of unsound mind;

(b) is an undischarged bankrupt;

Don't think he pass the criteria...

 

The criteria to stand for MP is not as stringent as President. You are able to foot the deposit and you have people to stand as your support and assentor can already.

Choice A: PAP ex high-ranking SPF officer, who has already done his rounds with the HG community since the last GE. Now HG residents will be given extra bonus re free legal consultancy services from none other than SG's greatest criminal lawyer - Subhas Anandan, if PAP gets voted in!

 

Choice B: WP businessman with "unknown" history ... can trust him or not?

Delivered a rather shallow initial campaign speech, raising recycled issues and with plenty of "special effects" like punching fist in the air.

Replaces a party member involved in extramarital sex and had absconded.

 

Choice C: Independent who has a criminal track record.

 

Given the 3 above, I think the choice for the HG folks would be very clear indeed!

The last thing to seal the deal for a PAP win, will be for LHL, Dharma and TCH to be present during the HG rallies, giving their vote of confidence on the PAP candidate.

 

I believe LHL can and will turn things around - like what he did at Raffles Place in the last GE.

The general populace still have great faith in our PM.
