255 km/h in a 540i on the Dubai-Abu Dhabi highway was the fastest I've ever driven in my own car. Which isn't a big deal considering the road quality there. Did 250km/h in my S60 T5 on the way to Oman. 600 kms done in about 4 hrs flat. Heck, drove the 150 kms from home in Dubai for a lunch meeting in Abu Dhabi in about 50 mins flat. This was in my dinky Alfa 147 Selespeed.

 

Fastest ever was when I had my mate drive me in a rented 430 at 280km on the same highway. Scary s--t cos I wasn't driving :P

Strange you felt a wobble in a Ferrari at only 200kmh, I would venture to guess as it was a rental, so the tires could be shot and off balance.

 

Anyway, I was just teasing you, glad you had the opportunity to sample that car

 

I drove up to 200 kmh plus (speedo only shows up to 180 as it's a JDM, I disabled the 190 speedcut ) in my 6 year old Jap car before, felt really rock steady even at that speed actually (NSHW & Sepang).
