i think What u mentioned is OdysseyAbsolute (168 bhp)from KAH, the meter wioth 220km. its top is around 205-210km/hr.

 

Im driving a JDM Odyssey (200bhp) with the meter of 180km. i dun modify much except the whole exos to Mugen, and remove the speed cut.

Safely? The speed I got from quater mile is around 200km/h in a controlled and "safe" environment with ambulance on standby.

180kmph on 06' mazda 3

2 passengers. car was feeling ok due to running on 235 tyres; starting to vibrate but handling was still firm. tried to push more but speed cut was in place-

 

200kmph on 06' honda stream (maxed out speed on rental car)

full loaded 7 passengers and rushing up to KL on NSHW (balls shrank when i braked 50m in advance cause of a joker lorry who cut out to my lane to overtake.. i nearly couldnt slow the car down in time @$@##%$@!%). other than that the stream actually felt stable and didnt vibrate or shake at that speed.

 

240kmph on a 11' skoda superb (maxed out speed on rental car)

car was feeling very comfy and stable at that speed but can hear the engine whining.

 

200kmph on 10' peugeot 207cc (gf's ride)

car was stable and felt planted to the ground but the handling was ridiculous. felt too light (even though the steering tightens up at high speed) as though i was playing daytona. big lack of confidence.
