Or your new (higher) pay after the promotion?

Many of my friends passed it to their parent (first pay cheque)... but they never told me about the first promotion pay.

Never had a cheque. Auto credit into bank ac since day one.

Anyhow, used it to pay off the massive debt accumulated travelling across europe.

Good old days collecting my salary with my name written on a yellow envelope from personal department, brought home happily to gave all to mother and told her I got promoted to senior position.

She hug me with a kiss and as usual returned me my weekly pocket monies together with an surprising extra $100 for taylor make Long Sleeve Shirt & Trousers for office presentation.

Missed her so much with this particular sweet memory.

Why, you just got promoted and don't know what to do with the extra cash-in-hand... [sly]

1. organise MU and treats those who attend, or

2. go to SG Expo today and spent at the IT fare, or

3. sent your car for a good polishing, or

4. go to casino and enjoy yourself with that extra cash. you never know, it might double or nothing .... [:p]

Bought a omega watch. Now spoilt. Regreted. Should have bought a Rolex instead.

First pay check could only buy a swatch in my case.... [:(]
