To be fair, China have over 1 billion people, so cannot blame them as a whole, but the people who make & sell, as well as the people who buy, are sick to the extreme.

The smugglers were ethnic Koreans whose hometowns are in northeast China. They travel to and from northeast China and South Korea. Those bros who like to chiong KTV in Singapore will know this to be a fact, that many PRC nationals from the northeast are actually ethnic Korean, not Chinese.

 

 

 

'Ethnic Koreans from north-east China who now live in South Korea are those who were mostly intending to use the capsules or share them with other Korean-Chinese' said a customs official.

 

'They are normally brought into South Korea in luggage or posted by international mail.'
