Getting a trailer in Singapore

hi guys,

Does anyone know how and where to get a trailer in SIngapore?

I know that it exists and the off road bikers use it to go into malaysia.

I once saw a land rover pulling a covered one on the road.

Any one knows has experience in this or knows who has experience?

I drive a Mit triton and this truck 1000% can be used for towing ( triton owners overseas do a lot of towing).

I have access to private parking, so parking the trailer is not an issue.

anyhelp will be appreciated.

Cheers!

Russ

buying or building one may not be an issue - do u need permit to tow one ?? Once I saw a MY police car stopping a MY pickup, which was towing a small boat mounted on a trailer.......

Neutral Newbie

Is it even possible that you can own a trailer in singapore? Can our roads handle it? Do we need a license for that.

5th Gear

theres a company in pandan road - transerv, they make cabins

there's another one in loyang, but i forgot the name...

they convert 20ft / 40ft containers into cabins, can be towed using prime-movers...they also make porta toilets, etc...

You guys never see car with trailer doesn't mean singapore car cannot tow a trailer. I had been towing my street legal(LTA approved) with TRC plate on it.
