I am using the old Samsung Galaxy S (i9000) which is coming close to 2 years. Recently upgraded the OS and was able to run some “modern “ apps. I was overjoyed.

 

My current favorite App is definitely going to be “Skype”. Talking to my relative overseas (with video ability) is free. Previously, I was tied to a laptop every time I needed to do such “ video conferencing”.

 

What are your favorite apps, care to share?

 

PS: I am thinking of changing the battery for my old Samsung Galaxy S to a higher capacity one. Does anyone know the reasonable price for such a battery?

 

Some pretty useful apps i use:

 

Airdroid, Sygic, SG Parking, Tango, Wikidroid, DCamCard, Viber, TrafficLIVE Widget, Instgram, TripIt, GO Keyboard

 

As for battery, i get mine from DealExtreme
