Support for Underdogs?

In sports etc, will you ever support the underdogs? How would you choose if you will?

 

I may understand in schools or life, underdogs have their supporters, but some may ask :- in sports?

i supported senegal and won about $50 but lost when i bet they will win the world cup very long ago
