In my honest opinion, the prices of cars at where you are now are quite affordable.

 

But I can't say the same in case of Singapore.

I think some of the houses there cost cheaper than some of the prices here in Singapore.

Another characteristic of typical Singaporeans. Two faced. We were thought it is bad to speak bad on front of people, so we.....*wait for it* speak behind their back.

 

Many Sinagporeans very interesting, always say no time for this & that, but they have time to dissect everyone in the office, note all their weakness & bad points, know what time they normally show up for work, when they have their breaks, when they go home, and easily make 20pages accessment for every member they deal with in office.

 

Kind of scary...
