Looks like the foods to avoid are actually good for the heart.

I guess moderation is the best.

Heard taking cherries help, but don't know how true...

 

So i just drink lots of water now.. and avoid the usual culprits.

For you I don't know, if can then you very lucky.

Many of my old friends drinking still going strong even at 80.

I'm one of the gout sufferers... You would realise that a majority of food cannot be eaten if you are strict with the diet. Even healthy stuff like toufu, certain fatty fish & even quite a range of vege. Guess we just need to practise moderation.

u actually can have medication everyday n take regular food.
