I'm one of the gout sufferers... You would realise that a majority of food cannot be eaten if you are strict with the diet. Even healthy stuff like toufu, certain fatty fish & even quite a range of vege. Guess we just need to practise moderation.

Should be 天蠶神功... Thats why I said, eat liao can grow silk or not....
