The location looks good on paper, next to a main road linking Jurong East and Bukit Batok, in fact, within walking/cycling distance. But the blocks are squeezed right next to the PIE as well, and there is MRT line running nearby... Wonder what'll be the noise level??

 

It's a pity, a loss of two nice, big fields fronting the expressway...
