I don't think it is legal to rent a Personal Car to another Person ... Both parties could get into trouble ...

charge higher rental fee and make clear the excess amount lor. reason he's posting here is most car rental companies or maybe all require drivers to have at least a few years of experience. He only P plate so probably come here seeking help mah. It's still worth a try lah nevertheless, can't fault him for trying.

If charge high rental and high excess, he wont be here asking for cars from private owners to rent liao, simply because he is looking for cheap rental that's why he doesn't want to rent from rental co. who charges very high for a 19 yo. lol.
