Be it a hardcore or innocent prostitute, she is still underaged. I mean the law protects underaged girls for a reason. Those men should just go GL those legal prostitutes if want sex. FT will hv big laugh to our system in place, where's the human rights we seek for and lost of, this young girls is not being force for sex trade but are tempted by fast $. I say they do deserve to punish if the girls are being force to, but should let them off as warning as now the nations is aware. if they chose not to read msm on what new law had been implemented, whose fault is that?? They go into it with their eyes open. In such cases, the law stipulates that its an offence to have paid sex with the underaged girl but it should apply also the other way round. The girls having known that it is an offence to have sex if they are underaged should also get punished if they knowingly offered themselves in exchange for money. I do think they should not apply a straight blanket ruling for this. Some girls are mentally very matured at 16 or 17 already. They are not the innocent type of ladies who are being duped into sex. Instead, they opted to do it willingly. What you said is true also. But you must know the law can only protect one side, and that is usually the weaker side. Hence the law take it that the men (usually are much older men) should know that it is "not right" or illegal to have sex with underaged girls, no matter how they offer themselves to the men. Such argument are not new. A few years back also a similar case and the defendant lawyer bring out such reasoning too.
