I don't know.. I only know that time when I left, I realized it after a few minutes and when go back money not there already. So it's confirmed less then a few minutes before the money will be eaten back by the atm machine.

ATMs are getting less as time goes by. My areas used to have 5-6 ATMs and they reduce it to 3. My guess is the banks are pushing people to use pay now or pay lah.

There was once I top up cash card at UOB ATM then left with taking the cash card. 

 

I thought gone case when I went back and couldn't find my cash card. 

 

Then weeks later it was mailed back to me. Thank goodness the machine "eat" back and bank was kind enough to return to me with no cost.
