Is BMW warranty transferable in singapore?

Since the X1 is only one year old and 8000km, by right it should still have the usually AD warranty right?

I am confused by what TS claimed that there is no free service from BMW.

 

Either BMW is wrong or TS is asking too much from BMW.

Most AD will give free first two servicing.

I know my JAZZ first three servicing was absolutely free!

In Singapore, wack the car & then scrap it! Cause we don't own it, we "rent" it.. with the damn COE.
