Kumho KU37

Hi bros,

Have been looking for a new set of tyres recently to replace my Hankook K415s. Size is 195 60/15.

Currently there is no special offers at Hankook so the K415s are selling >100 each. Previously I got them at 80+ each only.

Went to tyrepac and saw Kumho KU37 as one of the tyres available for the size I am looking for. Anyone has any idea if this tyre is comparable to K415? I see that it also has silica compound and the thread looks fairly quiet like the 415. Frankie quoted me 85 each...all in.

Also looking for this tyre size for my next tyre change for my Jazz.

I like the taller sidewall for more comfy ride.

But not many performance tyre range to chose from for this size.

Got my new set of KU37s from Soh Bros today. Frankie ordered for me yesterday and they arrived today.

Done about 30km so far. The experience is better than my previous K415s. Took the corners and bends with the usual speeds and there was no signs of loss of grip.

Hopefully they become better after scrubbing in....

That's right. There are not many choices for aspect 60 tyres. Most are HR rated.

You could consider KU37 as it is a VR rated tyre.

this seems to be a new tyre model.

GO for it, if its a kumho........... chances are you wont go wrong [cool]

Yes just got the tyres today and so far the feel has been positive.

I was hesitant at first 'cos it is MIC. But decided to give it a try after all.
