Wijlwag63 Neutral Newbie April 18, 2012 Share April 18, 2012 Make sure you get honest answers by checking the repair reports, and in every other way you can. If you need a mechanics help, pay for it. You should never buy a car that you feel is being misrepresented. If it does not fit into your budget, ask if the price is negotiable. It should be. Its a used vehicle after all. you may want to check this site to help you on car repairs -------------- car repair guide

Eng40765 1st Gear April 21, 2012 Share April 21, 2012 (edited) repair chassis sounds abit serious tho. perhaps u cud check with yr regular mech on this for an opinion too. My first car was involved in accident and chassis was bent, no matter how good the repair is, the car is not straight, in the long term, at normal speed over long distance, steering misaligned, and tyres wore out more on one side. At high speed in Malaysia above 120, car vibrate like s--t, and no matter how good balancing is, it is useless as its the body, not the tyres. Also affected suspensions and absorbers long term. So don't buy bad chassis car! Edited April 21, 2012 by Eng40765 ↡ Advertisement
