EXZESS brake rotor needs replacement. where to go?

Now i have this problem as well. Brake pad is wearing out soon.

Any other alternative brake-pads brands to recommend?

Brake pad wise other brands should be able to fit as long as the same brake pad size.. these are usually universal size like the case of different rims with various PCD, offset, but the rubber tyre size is usually universal.
