Recently noted that coming back from JB, the Bkt Changar route and the main road Jln Lingkaran Dalan is closed and only EDL is open. Not sure of the JB customs logic on this. But anyway...

If I was coming back from City Square or even KSL, what is the best way to route to come back to the CIQ? I suppose have to join up to the EDL?

They close changar n re-route jln lingkaran dalan on every sun/ph, timing is anyone's guess but generally ard 2-3pm (my guess) depending on traffic conditions.

Chk traffic cams n if e roads r closed/diverted, e jams will get bad veri fast in e afternoon, tuas is e way to go.

My solution to come back sg on sunday/ph, cross b4 1pm to avoid e crazy car orgy, i would avoid southkey also in e afternoons (sunday/ph), heard of horrible jams inside e basement cp.

actually not every, but only when there's a bad jam especially at Jln Linkaran Dalam. There are some Sundays they never close, also some Sat got closure.

I went in on Thursday evening and came back yesterday. When going in from Tuas side, drove straight to the counter at SG custom and joined the queue at Malaysia Custom building effectively about 5min to reach counter. When returning yesterday from Woodlands side, had same experience as the day before just that reverse order with regards to Custom. Very happy manage to do last minute shopping and eating before the VEP kick in haha. And to avoid this weekend as Johore got a by-election going on and expecting alot of Malaysian going back to vote.

I am in Malacca now.  Spend 1+ hour clearing Msia Custom at Tuas.

NSHW has super low traffic.

It is worth the effort.

It's standard for almost every Sat, one of the peak period for the week from dawn onwards.

Just arrived in Singapore.

Q on 2nd link started from Toll booth.

It is cleared within 1hr.

Singapore NO car.

NSHW traffic is heavier than yesterday.

Still lighter than most Sunday.

There was intermittent rain during the trip
