Seasoned travelers already know what to expect and won't be bothered with such thing which has been happening for decades, just give and go or don't give at all, depending on the situation and won't make a hooha over it after that. Easy to post such things online, but when it comes to investigation will be another issue, will they come out, head in to JB again and assist in this investigation including maybe court case or just hide one corner, not as simple as they think. They are still doing it. Today saw it with my own eyes. Outrageous.🤔 2pm plus crossed tuas custom. Got caught in a bit of jam on the bridge. About 1km plus till to reach the Johor custom. Two lanes going towards the Johor custom. Our (me family ) car was on the extreme inner right. Saw a Malaysia officer(not sure police or custom officer: white shirt blue pant) gesturing to a few car on the outer lane to move forward onto the lorry lanes. A few heed his advice, a few did not or could not due close proximity to the front vehicle. I slowly inches forward and holy craps about 50metre further down saw those few cars that had earlier took the lorry/bus lanes all parked along the side of the road. Stopped by the Malaysia officer(not sure police or custom officer). Everyone beware......beware ..m If you are already on one of the legit valid lane. Stick to the lane. Don't heed their instructions to move over to the lorry lane. 7

Precisely. When I saw the officer rediverting the traffic onto the fastest lorry/bus lane I did felt a slight of regret for taking the extreme right lane. When I saw those car further down the down in line with window winded down "chatting (some was pretty animated) then it crossed my mind of that two ladies case. Absurd. Immediately shared with wifey the recent news. My curious 9yo son was asking why ...why....and I had to give him a life lesson on righteous and hideous act. 😁 Anyway, the traffic was pretty smooth yesterday around 1 plus pm. No jam leading to the tuas custom. A bit of jam on the bridge nearer to Johor custom. About 45 minutes to clear Johor custom. On Singapore side the office did asked had we signed up for the QR scanning. Told him no and he gave a short explanation together with a brochure. 👍 Edited March 30 by Kopites
