After having my Garmin 1350 for 6 months.............finally it brought me to HO LAN today...............heard of GPS directing to wrong places.............some even gone into the sea............never thought it would happen to me here in sunny Singapore.................but it did today............and not once ..............but twice...........

wanted to go to people's park centre...........key in the postal code and happily drove off...............KNN................took me to Regency Park at Nathan road.................re-route and key again...............this time looks good .................but ended up in people's park complex.............which is two building away............

end up got to drive around and base on memory to get to people's park centre................sibei tu lan.................a simple 25 min drive took me 1 hour to reach................all mood spoiled............. [bigcry]

any one kana shoot to ho lan by GPS before also.................share share leh............. [laugh] [laugh]

Ur GPS got option let u preview map of your destination?

Usually i check to see whether tally with address..

Mine usu bring me to the destination but sometimes might not lead you to where the carpark is.remember a time, got wedding dinner to go in this hotel.

It lead me to behind the hotel but there is no through road to hotel. I have to find my way there.

The garmin map is not 100% updated. It happens to me few times like few building away. Worst is like 0.5km apart. My bro tells me better use other map instead of garmin maps. More accurate.

Perhaps you shouldnt rely on the gps too much. Take a look at the map first before you set off.
